Policies

1. Service Delivery

1.1. Sports Supplier provides services of an exclusively digital nature; therefore, no physical products are shipped or delivered.

1.2. The contracted service will be made available through digital integration, carried out with the customer’s Shopify account.

1.3. Activation and access to the services will be completed within 24 (twenty-four) hours after payment confirmation.

1.4. Customers are entitled to initial technical support through WhatsApp assistance, provided by Sports Supplier to guide the configuration process.

2. Terms of Service

2.1. Sports Supplier offers services under the modalities of monthly subscription or one-time payment, according to the option selected at the time of purchase.

2.2. A free trial period is provided, the duration and conditions of which will be communicated in advance.

2.3. Customers may cancel their subscription or service at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

2.4. Certain services may be subject to technical or quantitative limitations (such as the number of products imported via API or the volume of WhatsApp messages sent). Such conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

2.5. Services are available to both individuals (B2C) and businesses (B2B).

2.6. The use of contracted services must strictly comply with the terms of use and policies of integrated platforms (Shopify, WhatsApp Business API, among others). Failure to comply with such terms may result in the immediate suspension of services by Sports Supplier, without the right to a refund.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1. Sports Supplier collects only the following personal data: name, email address, and phone number.

3.2. The information provided will be used exclusively for:
a) Customer identification and registration;
b) Delivery of contracted services;
c) Communication between Sports Supplier and the customer, including technical support.

3.3. Sports Supplier does not share personal data with third parties and does not use cookies or browsing analytics tools.

3.4. All collected data is stored and processed on servers located in Brazil, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Sports Supplier guarantees customers the right to a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

4.2. Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the official support channels of Sports Supplier:

4.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (Pix, credit card, PayPal, or other), within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days after the request.

4.4. After the legal 7-day withdrawal period, refunds will not be issued, except in cases of verified technical failures in service delivery that could not be resolved by Sports Supplier’s support team.
