4. Refund Policy Sports Supplier

4.1. The company guarantees customers the right to full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).
4.2. Refund requests must be submitted exclusively through the company’s official WhatsApp support channel, which is available on the website.
4.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (Pix, credit card, PayPal, or other), within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days after the request.
4.4. After the legal 7-day withdrawal period, refunds will not be issued, except in cases of verified technical failures in service delivery that could not be resolved by the support team.
