2. Terms of Service Sports Supplier

2.1. Services may be contracted under the modalities of monthly subscription or one-time payment, according to the option selected at the time of purchase.
2.2. The company offers a free trial period, the duration and conditions of which will be communicated in advance.
2.3. Customers may cancel their subscription or service at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
2.4. Certain services may be subject to technical or quantitative limitations (such as the number of products imported via API or the volume of WhatsApp messages sent). Such conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
2.5. Services are available to both individuals (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
2.6. The use of contracted services must strictly comply with the terms of use and policies of integrated platforms (Shopify, WhatsApp Business API, among others). Failure to comply with such terms may result in the immediate suspension of services without the right to a refund.
