1.2. The contracted service will be made available through digital integration, carried out with the customer’s Shopify account.
1.3. Activation and access to the services will be completed within 24 (twenty-four) hours after payment confirmation.
1.4. Customers are entitled to initial technical support through WhatsApp assistance, provided by the company to guide the configuration process.
